Thank you for visiting and ordering at Innovinc Corporate Services Private Limited (“Innovinc”). 

If you have chosen shipping services at the time of checkout, your order will be processed with 2 working days and standard courier times will apply for the delivery thereafter.

If you have chosen to pick up the item ordered, all orders and can be picked up within 5 (five) business days of receipt of the order confirmation. The address, days and timing for pick-up are provided below:

Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays.

You may choose to try the item at our store before the final invoice is generated.

How the Pick-up Works

  1. Make sure that you arrive at the store within the stipulated time only to ensure smooth delivery.
  2. At the time of pick up, bring the order confirmation/invoice along with your child’s identity card. In case of any representative collecting your order on your behalf, the person must bring his identity proof along with the order confirmation and child’s identity card.
  3. The items will be handed over to you by one of our representatives.
  4. Make sure to check that all your items are correct and in accordance with the order and confirm receiving your items.
  5. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or any of the item is unavailable, processing and delivery may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
  6. In case the order is not picked up within the stipulated time period as provided above , please contact the concerned person as provided above before pick up to ensure smooth delivery experience.

Innovinc is not responsible for any taxes or any other costs applied to your order. All taxes, charges imposed on the order is your responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
