Exchange Policy

Thank you for visiting us!

As a policy we offer only exchange and no refund. The exchange must be made within the first 15 (fifteen) days of your purchase, if 15 (fifteen) days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered exchange of any kind.

Exchange for the purposes of this policy shall mean provision of exchanging same or identical item of same model and description as was originally purchased.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be exchanged.

Exchange 

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged or there is an exchange for a different size, color.

Once we have received your request, please allow us reasonable time to examine and process your request. Once the request is approved, the item exchanged must be picked up from the above mentioned address.

Shipping

Please note that:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.
  • We recommend dropping the item for exchange in person at the above designated address for exchange or use trackable shipping method to ensure your item arrives safely. 

Also, please note that in case of shipping we cannot guarantee that we will receive your item to be exchanged.
